DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare product specifications according to incoming inquiries.
- Cooperate with Cable Design Development Engineer (CDD) position to clarify any technical issues and inquiries from customers.
- Visit customers as necessary for products presentation and technical clarification.
- Conduct training on products and their application for customers, Sales team and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical supports to the marketing team in developing marketing tools and activities.
- Maintain and continue improvement of technical competence by providing both inside and outside education.
- Provide feedback from the market on engineering trends and market needs.
- Perform other special assignments from Senior Engineer / Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical (Power) Engineering. (Welcome New Graduated)
- If you have experience in Technical Resources for Sales or Technical Support of cable products, you will be given special consideration.
- Good command of spoken and written English and communication skills.
- Strong in Planning and Time Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making,Multitasking.
- Proficient in MS Power Points.
- Work at Maneeya Center (BTS: Chidlom station).
