DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control production to ensure quality and meet the production quantity within the specified time according to the production plan.
- Inspect readiness before, during, and after production to ensure compliance with customer-specified quality standards.
- Follow up on normal production tasks and Focus tasks, resolve issues, and coordinate with support departments to ensure continuity and smooth flow during production.
- Control the utilization of resources (labor, raw materials, energy, waste quantity, production time, setup time) to adhere to the defined standards.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure continuous and accurate reporting of various production data.
- Control reporting and recording of production data (Scrap, Usage, Output, Material Consumption, WIP stock, etc.) to ensure accuracy as specified.
- Collaborate with Process Engineer, Die & Tooling Engineer, and Maintenance Engineer to improve production processes for efficiency and quality.
- Supervise and maintain the responsible work area to ensure safety and cleanliness according to established standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, เคมี, เครื่องกล, การผลิต
- ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม autoCAD ได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Minitab ได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
